Shipping policy

At Neha’s Label, we strive to deliver your sarees safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In case of high order volumes or unforeseen delays, shipments may take additional days. We will notify you via email or WhatsApp if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping may be available on request. Please contact us before placing an international order.

3. Delivery Time

  • Domestic Orders (India):
    Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any ongoing free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website or during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

  • You can track your order using the link provided in the shipment confirmation message.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

  • Neha’s Label will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and product.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and keep you informed throughout the process.
