Refund policy

At Neha’s Label, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sarees bought on sale or at discounted prices

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing

  • Color or design variations due to lighting or screen resolution

3. Return Request Process

To request a return or refund:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.

  2. Share your order number, along with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.

4. Return Approval & Pickup

  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to return the product.

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank account.

  • Then contact your payment provider or bank.

  • If the issue persists, contact us for assistance.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled, as most products are dispatched quickly.

  • In rare cases where cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed as per this policy.
