Refund policy

At Neha’s Label, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Sarees bought on sale or at discounted prices
Customized or made-to-order products
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing
Color or design variations due to lighting or screen resolution

3. Return Request Process

To request a return or refund:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
Share your order number, along with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.

4. Return Approval & Pickup

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to return the product.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

First check your bank account.
Then contact your payment provider or bank.
If the issue persists, contact us for assistance.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled, as most products are dispatched quickly.
In rare cases where cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed as per this policy.
